I'm a certified Life Coach with years of experience, and my mission is to find your hidden potential and give you all necessary tools to have the life you have always dreamed of.
My Journey
Growing up in total dysfunction and being traumatized by incest, I know what it's like to be lost and confused by life. At 14, I was ready to commit suicide. Instead my life was profoundly changed by a book and guidance from a family friend. This was a turning point for me and I began a search for life's meaning. I have been a life-long student ever since.
I specialize in helping people cope with their issues. I coach my clients in a way that utilizes both their heads and their hearts. I first learned about counseling and coaching when I hit some roadblocks in my own life and was struggling to move past them. The techniques I developed were so successful that friends and family began asking me for help with their own challenges. This motivated me to turn my passion into a new career.
As a single parent for 16 years, I've learned how to maintain a healthy balance in my life. I’ve been successfully coaching clients in person for many years and now I am available in person and online. I easily move between both worlds. My passion is to guide others to find the peace within themselves.
My vision is of peace on earth, one person at a time by helping people find their peace within. A lofty goal, I know.

About Me
Experienced Holistic Life Coach
Since 2000, I’ve been working as a Coach, Counselor, and Trainer.
During my journey I've gotten many certifications as I'm very passionate about the many ways people can heal themselves. In 1999, I graduated from Fordham University with Masters in Counseling. I then worked at a school for at-risk youth. As my passion grew, I became a raw food chef to learn about optimized health. When I moved to Maui in 2008, I was trained through the Robbins-Madanes Center for Strategic Intervention. Ever since, I have been constantly upgrading my training as a coach. In the meantime, for almost 30 years, I have been hired as a trainer for both large and small companies.
Because of my lifelong spiritual journey, I become certified as a Minister through the Center for Spiritual Peacemaking. I am now training through the Chopra Center to be a Primordial Meditation Teacher. Life has taught me that we are holistic beings and are complete and whole: mind, body, and spirit.
